Ladies Top Quality Leather Fringed and Braided Chaps with Rear Fringe and an open bottom.

This style of chap is popular with the ladies and they are sized smaller around the thigh specifically for women and have an open bottom. Where most chaps zip down the side and then have 3 or 4 snaps, these chaps are open from the end of the side zipper, the rest of the way down.  We call them Happy Chaps.These gorgeous chaps are made of the same Riding Quality Leather as all our chaps, 1.3 mm, with the excellent detail to the fringe from fine craftsmen. The fringe extends around the back .Very feminine, very nice.

SIZING: Chapsare easy to size. Since the waist is adjustable, only the thighmeasurement is needed or asked for. Here are simple, step by stepinstructions using a tape measure:

1. Wear the pants you expect to be wearing when riding, like jeans.

 2. Sit down when measuring since your thigh will expand when sitting (like on the bike) 

3.Measure a thigh where the top of the chaps will set, roughly about 2-4inches below your crotch. Do not pull the tape tight or this will causeyou to record too small of a number.

4. Take the measurement up to the nearest whole inch.

Congratulations, this is your size. Just ask for that size when ordering. Chaps can all be cut to length.
