EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES!!!
 
We will gladly exchange your items with justifying reason, (within a 30 day period), and then only if they have not been worn and are returned in the original box and with all tags. Please measure carefully before placing an order and follow the Sizing Chart guidelines on our website. Please be as accurate in sizing as possible to prevent any returns, for which you will be freight liable.

Do not send your item back without contacting us first as some of our warehouses require an R/A# ( return authorization number ).It could be refused and returned to you at your cost.
 
Important First Exchange Info!!
We regret to have to do this, but with the increase in shipping charges over the past year, we will no longer be able to offer ( First Exchange Free ) this is a service we are  having to discontinue, as the warehouse bills us for all shipping charges and it gets quite costly.
 
 
 
We do NOT  keep your credit card information for security purposes.
You will be invoiced through PayPal for the exchange shipping amount. Then as soon as we receive the notice of exchange shipping being paid, we will process your exchange.
 
 
All leather items come with a 30 Day money back guarantee, if returned un-worn, with all tags and in the original box,  except anything custom made.
Custom items do not apply to a 30 day guarantee.
 
 
CLOSURE:
 
We will try to notify you as soon as your order is shipped and also give the estimated arrival date. If there is a problem with your shipment we will try to notify you. If you do not receive your shipment within nine working days (excluding holidays and/or weekends), please contact us and we will try to locate your package. If your item is backordered we will try to notify you as soon as possible so you can make a decision as to whether to keep it on backorder until it arrives or to cancel the order entirely. This will be your choice.
